This is why I liked Arizona -- no time change. Why is it that one little 'ole hour can wreak such havoc? Like you say, getting too old to deal. Of course I use that as my excuse for everything these days (right up there with the big hormone drop/hot flash/failing memory thing).

i'm the opposite, i love this time change and its weird because even though we lose an hour, i fare far better than when we gain an hour in the fall ~ i think this fits my natural rhythms more or something ...
